PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous operation of a white balance circuit and obtain the sure white balance by operating a white balance circuit when a photographed image is displayed an a moving image and a white balance switch is operated for a certain time. CONSTITUTION:The CPU 48 of a microcomputer 47 carries out the following operations. In case other than the normal image display, a timer is set to t=0 and returns to the original state. When a normal image is displayed, the timer (t) is added with 10ms, and the formation of 500ms is checked. If t=500ms, in other words, if a white balance switch is pressed continuously for 500ms during the display of images, the next operation is carried out, and if t<500ms, operation is returned. The CPU 48 displays the white balance operation by flashing an LED installed in the upper part of an inside interface white balance switch in a certain cycle.
