<p>PURPOSE:To quantitatively grasp the regulation force applying along a lead of a magnetic recording tape for a drum lead by providing a regulation force detection means. CONSTITUTION:The regulation force measurement means 5 is arranged at the end surface part of the magnetic recording tape 4 regulated by a tape travel regulation means 23 and the like regulating the travel of the magnetic recording tape 4 and regulation force generated on the end surface of the magnetic recording tape 4 is measured by the displacement of the regulation force measurement means 5. Namely, a regulation force detection arm 5 is arranged in cantilever and is caused to bend by the force of the magnetic recording tape 4. Then,the change of distortion by the bent is detected by two semiconductor distortion gauges 6 sticked on both sides of the regulation force detection arm 5. Thus, the regulation force of the tape can be taken out by physically fundamental force.</p> |
