The PVC sheet three-dimentional decorative panel is prepd. by (a) flocking evaporating the powdered fiber onto the surface of PVC sheet (1), (b) then printing many fictures or patterns, and (c) heat suction moulding them in the vacuum mold (5) comprising the heating plate (4) and the porus vacuum air molding machine (5). The obtd. decorative panel is useful as arts for an interior decoration.
