PURPOSE:To simplify manufacture and assembly and secure the safety for handling by forming a slender trough-shaped reflector and a pair of end plates arranged on both end sections with a resin material by extrusion molding, and coupling and assembling them. CONSTITUTION:A slender trough-shaped reflector 1 storing a slender lamp 15 and end plates 5 are formed with insulating resin by extrusion molding. End plates 5 are simply and surely connected to the reflector 1 using their side plates 9 as a guide and coupled with coupling grooves 2 and notches 3 provided on the reflector 1 via coupling claws 7, cut grooves 8 and hooking claws 10 respectively. These claw sections and groove sections are simply formed by integral molding. Since the end plates 5 and the reflector 1 are formed with an electric insulator, the safety for handling is obtained when the lamp 15 is replaced. The reflector 1 is hooked on an apparatus main body 16 by a coupling section integrally formed on its outside section. |
