发明名称 MICROWAVE PLANE CIRCUIT ADJUSTING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust line length and stub length successively with simple work by providing plural recessed parts with depth sufficiently less than 1/4 the wavelength lambdamu of the upper limit frequency of a signal to be transmitted at part of a microstrip line at an interval sufficiently less than lambdamu/4 so as not to change characteristic impedance. CONSTITUTION:Solder 9 is applied to part of a rugged line 8, and the whole or part of the recessed part is filled with the solder. A part 10 where all the recessed parts are filled with the solder forms a strip line with line width W. Since the more the recessed part filled with the solder where is filled with the solder of a part 11 whose part is filled exists, the less electrical length decreased, the fine adjustment of the line length can be performed successively by adjusting the amount of solder at that part. At such a case, it is required to set (l) and (d) at values sufficiently less than lambdamu.
