PURPOSE:To freely and variably adjust an irradiation instructing distance by slidably sealing an outer tube, which is joined to the outer peripheral surface of a tip metal part, and an irradiating distance instruction tube with marker. CONSTITUTION:When a laser probe 18 is inserted to an endoscope, a fluorine contained resin outer tube 15 is slid in a state that an irradiating distance instruction tube 16 is held, and an irradiation instruction distance X' is set to 0. Next, while being matched with a marker (scale) 16a attached to the irradiating distance instruction tube 16, the fluororesin outer tube 15 is put in/out and slid in a state that the irradiating distance instruction tube 16 is held, and the irradiation instruction distance X' is adjusted. On the structure, the irradiation instruction distance X' can be set to zero and a length (X'+Y') for the metal part in the tip can be shortened. Then, the problem of inserting ability or the problem of damage for optical fiber to be generated when the laser probe is inserted to the endoscope, is canceled. |
