PURPOSE:To eliminate need for a high speed transmission device by transmitting a discrimination signal for designating the emission method of a flashing means, from a parent unit to plural children units, and forcing the children units to operate and process emission order and a delay of emission timing to have chain flashing performed. CONSTITUTION:A discrimination signal for designating the emission method of a flashing means 4, is transmitted from a parent unit 1 to children units 3, predetermined emission order and the delay of emission timing are operated and processed by the children units based on an emission method, and an emission timing signal is formed to have chain flashing performed by the flashing means 4. Thus the operation and processing of the emission order and the delay of the emission timing and the transmission of the emission timing signal to the flashing means are carried out by the children units. This can reduce the processing load of the parent unit and only the transmission of the discrimination signal to the children units is carried out with the parent unit in control, consequently a high speed processing device is unnecessary for the parent unit and a transmission means. |
