PURPOSE:To prevent the burning at the time of molding and suppress the generation of an offensive smell by putting a molding base material of range felt having the upper and lower surface covered with a non-permeating sheet between a pair of metal molds followed by pressurizing and heating molding. CONSTITUTION:A molding base material 2 to be heated and molded is received between a pair of metal molds 11, 12 and molded, with the upper and lower surfaces being covered with a craft paper 5. At the time of molding, the base material is brought into contact with the metal molds 11, 12 through the craft paper 5, but the craft paper 5 plays the role of a releasing agent, which prevents the burning of the molding base material 2 to the metal molds 11, 12. As the molding base material 2 is molded as it remains in the sandwiched state by the craft paper 5 as a non-permeable sheet, the offensive smell generated from the molding base material 2 is closed in the inside by the craft paper 5, resulting in a product having no risk of offensive smell, which never damage the interior environment. |
