摘要 PURPOSE: To measure the change rate of the composition of a multicomponent fluid medium due to a low-level respiration or oxidation accurately by performing calculation using an equation using all reference signals to compensate the drift in a sensor by a processor. CONSTITUTION: The first quantity of a reference fluid medium is introduced into a reference room 20, a sample is introduced into a sample room 21, and the reference fluid medium of a second quantity is introduced into the sample room 21, thus circulating the reference and sample fluid medium alternately between the sample room 20 and the sample room 21 and sensors 15 and 16 and hence generating a number of reference and sample signals by the sensors 15 and 16. The strength of the reference and sample signals is nearly proportional to a selected constituent fixed amount that is relative to the reference and sample fluid medium and the sample consumes a selected constituent and calculates a creation speed by an equation for using all reference signals to compensate for a drift in the sensors 15 and 16 within a reception processor 27, thus accurately measuring the change rate in the composition of a multicomponent fluid medium due to low-level respiration or oxidation.
