PURPOSE:To ensure sufficient sealing property and increase the strength of a front pillar by bringing a seal lip into contact with the interior side surface of a garnish apart from a door sash backward of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:In the upper part of a corner bracket 11, the reinforcement part 21 of a front pillar 2 is overhung to the door opening side, so that a seal lip 13 is moved backward of a vehicle from the interior side surface of a door sash 10, and brought into contact with the interior side surface of a garnish 17 laid on the interior side of the corner bracket 11. As the seal lip 13 is sealed in contact with the interior side surface of the garnish 17 apart from the door sash 10 backward of the vehicle, sealing can be certainly conducted. The overhang of the reinforcing part 21 of the front pillar 2 can be enlarged, and the strength of the front pillar 2 can be increased. |
