PURPOSE:To obtain the ceramic injection-molding material capable of providing a molded product excellent in dimensional precision and density and with the contained pores reduced by adding an org. binder to a ceramic material, pulvelizing the mixture and drying the mixed powder. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic material is weighed to obtain a specified composition, and then pulvelized. An org. binder (e.g. polystyrene resin) is added to the ceramic material, pulvelized and mixed. The obtained mixed powder is dried by spray drying, etc., to obtain a ceramic injection-molding material. Consequently, a uniform molding material is produced, and a molded body having uniform density is obtained by injection-molding the material. When the molded body is sintered, the body is uniformly contracted, and a sintered body excellent in dimensional precision, density, etc., is obtained. |
