PURPOSE:To obtain highly accurate output signals from piezoelectric elements by making electric connections between thin film conductive layers formed on vibration members and the piezoelectric elements by wires. CONSTITUTION:The thin film conductive layers formed on the tuning forks 1 and 2 and the piezoelectric elements 1b and 1c, and 2b and 2c are connected electrically by the wires. Further, a force which rotates on a Y axis in an opposite direction by the rotation of a device on a Z axis is applied to the other thickness-directional surface of a twist detector connected to the tuning force 1 through an insulator 6. Therefore, the amplitude of a signal S3 outputted by the detector corresponds to the angular velocity on the Z axis. Further, the signal S3 outputted from the center electrode 3e of the detector is connected to the input terminal of a rectifying circuit 12 and a feedback signal S2 is applied to the synchronizing input terminal of a circuit 12. Then the circuit 12 generates a rectangular wave internally according to the signal S2 and processes the signal S3 in synchronism with the signal to output a rectified signal S4, which is averaged by a smoothing circuit 13 and outputted as a DC voltage. |
