<p>PURPOSE:To obtain HLA-Bw53 gene to manifest an antigen useful for judging propriety of colonization of transplant in organ transportation by transducing human eukaryocyte, containing exon having a specific base sequence. CONSTITUTION:HLA-Bw53 gene containing an exon having a base sequence shown by the formula (A is adenine, C is cytosine, G is guanine and T is thymine). cDNA partially coincident with the base sequence of this gene can be made into a DNA probe which labels a marker substance and is used for DNA typing.</p> |
