PURPOSE:To increase a working efficiency to form a supporting member, by providing a supporting member to securely support a containing part, continuously defined at the end of the container contacting the inner face of an external box and a shock-absorbing material interposed between the outer part of a ventilation fan and the outer periphery at the opposite side of the protruded part of machines in the outer box. CONSTITUTION:In a supporting member 20 composed of supporting pieces 8, 9 to brace the motor 1a of a ventilation fan 1 contained in a container 10 and a shaped member 12 punched out as a unit, making a groove 13 on the flat plate member of a cardboard or the like, A1-A4 are formed inward by bending. And tye containing part 10 is folded together with the supporting pieces 8, 9 as a unit to constitute the supporting member 20. And a ventilation fan is contained in the external box 2 in the condition containing the ventilation fan motor 1a in the containing part 10 and a shock-absorbing material 30 is interposed at the corner of the external box 2 oppositing to the outer part 1d of the ventilation fan. In this way, the working efficiency to produce the supporting member 20 becomes better. |
