PURPOSE:To stabilize quality through improvement of part precision and assembly precision by a method wherein, in a fundamental part of structure, a base sheet and an outer casing are formed on each of the indoor side and the outdoor side with an integral molded product of resin, and a buckle head formed of a sheet metal is located at a boundary between the indoor side and the outdoor side. CONSTITUTION:Since a fundamental part of structure is a grill 2 on the indoor side formed of resin, a base frame 3, and a buckle head 4 formed of a sheet metal, the number of parts is reduced and part precision and assembly precision are improved. Meanwhile, since a base plate part 7 of the base frame 3 is inserted in the grill 2 on the indoor side, there is no need for a heat insulating material for absorbing condensate. Meanwhile, since a condenser 17 is secured directly to the base frame 3, mounting size precision is improved. Further, since a part of the buckle head 4 is used as an installation tool, the number of parts for the installation tool is reduced, and a body 1 can be installed reliably. |
