发明名称 RESET CIRCUIT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To surely reset a microcomputer even in an unstable voltage section for the rise or the fall of power by providing a counter which starts the counting operation at the time of power-on and overflows with a prescribed value and repeats the counting operation again. CONSTITUTION:Counters 5 and 6 start to count a system clock 7 when a reset input 4 is inputted from an integration circuit 1 by the application of a power and the output of the counter 6 is inputted to a NAND circuit 9 and is decoded. When the output of the NAND circuit 9 rises to the high level from the low level, the rise is latched in a latch circuit 10, and AND between the output of a NAND circuit 9 and the output of the latch circuit 10 is operated in an AND circuit 11, and the AND output is outputted as a reset signal 12. Since the microcomputer is surely reset even in an unstable voltage period for the rise or the fall of power.</p>
