PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the detachable operation and cleaning operation by a hand of a discharge nozzle and an injection stop cock, and to simplify a molding process by reciprocating the injection stop cock in a filler hole having an introducing port capable of being connected to the discharge nozzle and a discharge opening at a position farther than the introducing port from a molding cavity. CONSTITUTION:An injection stop cock 30 is stopped previously at a position where the communication of an introducing port 18 and an upper discharge opening 19 is interrupted, and a liquid resin and a curing agent are fed in from a discharge nozzle 24, and injected into a molding cavity 13 through a filler hole 17. The injection of the resin is stopped, the injection stop cock 30 is pushed down, and the residual resin is pushed into the molding cavity 13. A cleaning solvent is supplied, and discharged from upper and lower discharge openings 19, 20, and a section between a mixer 34 and the filler hole 17 is cleaned. Compressed air is fed, and residue is discharged from the upper and lower discharge openings 19, 20. The resin is cured, the injection stop cock 30 is lifted while supplying compressed air and the stop cock 30 is opened, an attachment on an inwall is scratched off and discharged from the upper discharge opening 19, and the lower discharge opening 20 is closed. The injection stop cock 30 is returned to an original position and compressed air is fed, and a mold is opened and a foam is pushed out from a top force 11. |
