发明名称 RESISTOR PASTE AND CERAMIC SUBSTRATE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To burn a resistor paste in a non-oxidizing atmosphere and obtain stable value of resistance as well by adding 0.1-20% of a specific oxide to the total amount of composites which are composed of a 20-70% of a glass powder and 30-80% of an electric conductive substance powder. CONSTITUTION:A paste is obtained by adding 0.1-20wt.% of oxides consisting of Mn, Co, Fe, Ni, Cr, Cu and the like to the total amount of composites consisting of 30-80 wt.% of a conductive substance powder which is composed of inorganic compositions, i.e., 20-70wt.% of a glass powder, 0-100wt.% of ITO where Sn is doped to In2O3, 0-99.99wt.% of In2O3, and 0-20wt.% of SnO2+SnO2 to which Sb is doped. After the above paste is printed to a ceramic substrate or on a green sheet for the ceramic substrate and is dried, it is burnt in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. In this way, its paste can be burnt in the non- oxidizing atmosphere and also a stable, highly reliable resistance is formed on the ceramic substrate.</p>
