PURPOSE:To facilitate an adjustment and to prevent the characteristic from being varied carelessly by interposing an elastic body between the sleeve pressing part of an adjusting screw and a sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The sleeve 1 consisting of a flexible material is formed to a bottomed cylindrical shape, provided with a collar part 10 in one end of an opening side, and provided with a slit 11 running along the longitudinal direction on the outside peripheral surface. The sleeve 1 is housed in a vessel body 2 together with an adjusting screw 3 and a holding ring 31, and the collar part 10 is inserted and held, and fixed in the vessel body 2. Between the adjusting screw 3 and the holding ring 31, an elastic body 4 being a compression coil spring is interposed, and the tightening of the adjusting screw 3 is transmitted to the holding ring 31 and the sleeve 1 through the elastic body 4. When the adjusting screw 3 is tightened, the elastic body 4 does not transmit the screw tightening quantity of the adjusting screw 3 as it is to the holding ring 31 and the sleeve 1, therefore, the fine adjustment of the opening quantity of the slit 11 of the sleeve 1 can be executed easily. Also, as for the elastic body 4, its elasticity performs a function for locking of the adjusting screw, as well. |
