PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of an installation device through the injection molding of plastic by installing a pole body laid between a rim and a wheel disc onto a wheel cover board and laying a pillar body between the pole body and the wheel cover board through a cushion part. CONSTITUTION:A wheel cover 0 is composed of a wheel cover board body 1 and a plurality of installation bodies. In this case, each installation body is formed by integrally planting a pole body 2 onto the wheel cover board body 1 through a pillar body 3 including a part 4 which possesses a cushion function. Further, the pole body 2 is arranged between a rim 8 and a wheel disc 9 and laid in contact with each hump 81 and bottom part 91. Accordingly, each installation body is arranged on the periphery of the wheel cover board 1 along the inside diameter of the rim 8. Further, the wheel disc 9 is fitted onto the inner surface of the wall 80 of the rim 8. After the wheel board 1 and the pillar body 3 are integrally molded through the injection molding of plastic, both the 1 and 3 are joined, and manufacture is facilitated. |
