PURPOSE:To obtain the subject resin, composed of vinyl chloride constituent units, N-substituted maleimide constituent units and specific ester constituent units in a specified proportion and having a high thermal distortion temperature, excellent in thermal stability and suitable as pipe, sheets, etc., with hardly any initial coloring properties in heating. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin composed of 40-95wt.% vinyl chloride constituent units, 4-50wt.% N-substituted maleimide constituent units and 1-20wt.% ester constituent units of a 1-4C alcohol with an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid. |
