摘要 PURPOSE:To enlarge a scanning range by forming the title device in such a way that an ultrasonic injecting axis of an ultrasonic oscillator and an optical axis of a lens layer are eccentric each other. CONSTITUTION:In a probe 1, an ultrasonic oscillator 3 providing a lens layer 2 on an ultrasonic injecting face is fixed on a rotor 4. The rotor 4 is connected with a flexible shaft 5 and a driving force of a driving source in an operating part is transmitted through the flexible shaft and the rotor is integrally rotated with the ultrasonic oscillator 3. The lens layer 2 is set in such a way that an optical axis Y comes to be eccentric by delta to an ultrasonic injection axis X of the ultrasonic oscillator 3. When a driving signal is fed to the ultrasonic oscillator 3 through a signal cable and an ultrasonic beam is injected while the ultrasonic oscillator 3 is rotated based on such a constitution as this, as it moves between optical axis Y and Y1, the injection range of the ultrasonic beam is expanded and while one rotation of the ultrasonic oscillator 3 is performed, an ultrasonic beam based on an optical axis moving on a circumference including the optical axis can be irradiated.
