PURPOSE:To stably obtain an excellent image without picking or gypping, etc., by transferring the image with the aid of the cohesive failure of a photosensitive layer and specifying an angle made by an image forming material with an image receiving body which are peeled off in the vicinity of a peeling part. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer 4 and the image receiving body 5 are conducted between rollers 1 and 2 so that contact and transfer may be performed with the aid of nip between the rollers 1 and 2. Furthermore, the image forming material and the image receiving body 5 advance along the outer periphery of a metallic roller by a specified length while keeping an adhesive state after passing the nip, and then they are peeled off while keeping a fixed angle alpha which is >=30 deg.. Thus, a trouble such as gypping or picking, etc., is not made and the excellent transferred image is stably obtained. |
