<p>The invention relates to a device for feeding plastic raw materials into a mixer. The feeder (10) is arranged to feed the plastic raw materials into the mixer (31) in batches of a defined size. The feeder (10) according to the invention is equiped with a feeding pipe (17, 18) as well as with a piston device (19, 20, 21) moving inside the feeding pipe in such a way that said feeding pipe (17, 18) and said piston device (19, 20, 21) together limit a batching space (22) for the plastic raw material. The batching space (22) communicates via a channel (13) with a batching space in the mixer (31).</p> |
