PURPOSE:To make it easy to collect cut-off pieces by way of dropping the cut-off pieces on a net by providing a net on the surface of an oil tank except for a part of the cutter of a cutting machine to cut a workpiece while soaking the part of the cutter in the oil tank. CONSTITUTION:A net 9 is provided on the surface of an oil tank 4 except for the lower part of a cutter 2 a fixing jig 6 is rotated and lowered with a support shaft 7 in the center and the cutter 2 is rotated with a rotary drive shaft 3 in the center to cut off a workpiece 5. A cut-off piece 8 drops on the upper surface of the net 9 and does not reach the oil tank 4, and it becomes easy to collect the cut-off pieces 8. The size of the meshes of the net 9 is decided in accordance with the size of the cut-off pieces 8 previously specified. |
