PRODUCTION OF HUMAN SERUM ALBUMIN

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title albumin while inactivating contaminated protease and preventing lowering of molecular weight of human serum albumin(HSA) by adding an additive such as acetyltryptophan to a cultured supernatant containing a specific HSA and heat-treating the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A cultured supernatant containing a human serum albumin obtained by culturing a human serum albumin-producing host prepared by gene manipulation is heat-treated in the presence of acetyltryptophan or 6-12C organic carboxylic acid (e.g. caproic acid) or salt thereof at 50-70 deg.C for 1-5hr to purify the aimed albumin.
