PURPOSE:To improve the reflection efficiency of light and to improve detection performance by vapor-depositing Al on the top surface of a filmy member which is smooth and flexible and coating the reverse surface with an adhesive, sticking it on the internal surface of a storage box, and thus forming a reflecting surface for scintillation light. CONSTITUTION:Plastic films 7 and 7A are thin films having smooth planes and flexible, Al is vapor-deposited on their top surfaces, and their reverse surfaces are coated with adhesives. The films 7 and 7A are cut circularly in conformity with the shape of the circular plane bottom part 8A of the storage box and in a beltlike shape matching the shape of the cylinder part 8B, and stuck on the bottom part 8A and cylinder part 8B respectively. The scintillation light emitted by a scintillator 1 in the storage box 8 is reflected by the reflecting surfaces of the films 7 and 7A and made incident on a photoelectron multiplier 5.
