PURPOSE:To prevent the overload occurring on the side of a driving shaft so as to simplify the mechanism by transmitting the torque of a driving shaft to a driving roller through a mechanism which slips when it exceeds certain torque, and veering out a long flexible member thereby pushing an electronic component out of a tubular stick to transfer them to the specified electronic component delivery position. CONSTITUTION:Prismatic sticks 4 are arranged horizontally in the condition of being loaded in multistage, and the spring member 10 of a long flexible member wound on a drum 5 is caught by a driving roller 20 and a press roller 21. The driving roller 20 is rotated by operating a motor 25, whereby the spring member 10 is veered out into the prismatic stick 4, and electronic components 50 arranged in a line are pushed out compulsorily. When the head reaches the electronic component delivery position and it stops, the motor 25 is stopped by a top component detection switch 90, and the electronic component at the heat is inserted into a printed board. When there is no electronic component, a rotating driving shaft 27 continues to rotate, but since it veers out the spring member 10, necessary torque becomes excessive, and the driving roller 20 slips and comes to be unable to rotate, so that motor side never gets in overload conditions. |
