PURPOSE:To enable light-emitting luminance to be uniform by forming an X-Y matrix circuit with a plurality of axes in the direction of X and Y by a light emitting diode and by connecting a current stability resistor to each of X and Y axes of this X-Y matrix circuit for constituting a static lighting circuit. CONSTITUTION:By connecting current stability resistors RX1-RXn to each X-axis lines X1-Xn, current value of light-emitting diodes L1i-Lni (i is an integer ranging from 1 to n) among each X-axis lines X1-Xn is unified and light-emitting luminance is made uniform. Also, on the other hand, since current stability resistors RY1-RYn are connected to each Y-axis wires Y1-Yn, current value of the light-emitting diodes L1i-Lni among each Y-axis lines Y1-Yn is made uniform and light-emitting luminance is made uniform. As a result, mutual effect between the current stability resistors RX1-RXn and RY1-RYn unifies light-emitting luminance of each light-emitting diode L11-Lnn which are placed in matrix shape, thus obtaining an illuminating plate with uniform luminance. |
