<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the flexibility at low temperature, the high adhesion between two layers, the excellent resistance for souer gasoline, heat resistance and the resistance for alcohol-containing gasoline by using the laminate composed of the blended rubber layer made of acrylic rubber and vinylidene fluoride resin and the rubber layer containing acrylic rubber as a seed component. CONSTITUTION:A rubber laminate contains acrylic rubber (I) and vinylidene fluoride resin (II), and at least the plasticizer of 20-30 pts.wt. containing phosphate plasticizer is compounded with the acrylic blended rubber of 100 pts.wt. having the weight ratio 85/15-75/25. The rubber layer 1 composed of the rubber compound (a) with which diamine covermate compound and 1-orthotolylbiguanide as vulcanizing agent are compounded, and the rubber layer 2 composed of the rubber compound (b) containing the acrylic rubber (III) as a main component in which the content of acrylic acid alkoxy substituted alkyl ester component is at least equal to the content of the same components in acrylic rubber (I) and the plasticizer of 20-40 pts.wt. compounded with acrylic rubber (III) of 100 pts.wt., are mutually vulcanization-bonded.</p> |
