PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for preparing an I/O block for tests by preparing at least two I/O blocks capable of executing the I/O operation of testing input signals in each core block. CONSTITUTION:An one-chip microcomputer 10 is provided with four I/O blocks 12a to 12d and executes the I/O interface of signals between the four apparatuses and a core block 13. The blocks 12c, 12d are constituted so as to be driven even by a test mode and the microcomputer 10 is tested as follows: The block 12d is set up to the test mode at first and a test signal TC is inputted/outputted to execute the normal operation test of the blocks 13, 12a, 12b, 12c. Then, the block 12c is set up to the test mode and the normal operation tests of the blocks 13, 12a, 12b, 12d are similarly executed. Thereby, the operation tests of all the blocks in the microcomputer 10 can be executed in the normal operating state. |
