PURPOSE:To prepare a seasoning having excellent taste and flavor and high preservability, by mixing MISO (fermented bean paste) with specific amounts of an oil- or fat-containing seasoning such as nayonnaise and ground seeds or nuts having high fat-content. CONSTITUTION:The objective seasoning can be prepared by mixing 10pts.wt. of MISO (especially brown MISO such as SENDAI MISO, ECHIGO MISO, SHINSHU MISO, HATCHO MISO, etc.) with 0.1-60pts. of an oil-based seasoning containing eggs and/or milk (e.g. mayonnaise, white sauce, creamy dressing, tatar sauce, etc.) and 0.1-20pts. of ground seeds or nuts (e.g. ground sesame, peanut paste, etc.). |
