PURPOSE: To automatically change an empty tube and a full tube in a short time by arranging an additional receiving trough for the empty tube below a receiving part and rotatably attaching the receiving part at one side. CONSTITUTION: A receiver trough 21 for receiving an empty tube 20 is arranged below and parallel to a receiving part 6, and a longitudinal pipe 16 of the receiving part 6 is so provided as to be turned around a turning shaft 15. When the tube 20 is emptied and a transport truck 1 is fixed in the changing position, a transfer plate 30 is turned to the lower position shown by a dashed line, an arm 36b is turned, and the tube 20 is discharged onto the rolling plate 30, rolled on the rolling plate 30 and a guide plate 23, and received to the receiver trough 21 of the transport truck 1. The rolling plate 30 is turned to the upper position shown by a solid line, oscillating levers 14, 14a and the longitudinal pipe 16 are turned around a turning shaft 15 to the lower position shown by a dashed line, and a lap 7 is delivered to a coating machine 25.
