PURPOSE:To reduce heat generation in a driving part by providing a speed command generating part, speed error producing part, pulse width modulation part and the driving part for an H-type bridge circuit with the driving performed by a single power supply and driving FETs by a driving pulse. CONSTITUTION:In an H-type bridge circuit 4, four power transistors MOSFETQ1 to Q4 are connected in an H-type for a DC motor. By reading a speed data from a memory 10 through a motor on-signal, a reference clock ICP is output as a servo pulse SVP at the time of a fixed speed command. Output voltage of a D/A converter 22 is input to a phase compensation circuit 30 for decreasing a gain. The transistors FETQ1 to Q4 are pulse-driven by an FET driving circuit 42 with a current of PWH pulse flowing in the DC motor. |
