发明名称 CORROSION-PREVENTING METHOD FOR PERMANENT MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE:To accomplish both high corrosion-preventing capability (corrosion- proof property) and a high abrasion-resisting property by a method wherein a highly minute film of ladder type silicon resin is formed on the surface of a rare-earth magnet. CONSTITUTION:Magnet powder is obtained from the rare-earth metal compound alloy consisting of the compositional rare-earth metal, transition metal and a semiconductor element using a super-quenching method. The magnet powder is pulverized by the mechanical method using an attritor mill and also by the wet-grinding method using a hexane, and after epoxy resin has been mixed as a bonding agent, the mixture is kneaded. The mixture is compact-molded, and a rare-earth magnet is formed. The rare-earth magnet is resin-coated using a dipping method. The permanent magnet is dipped into the liquid formed by dissolving the glass resin of coating material into an acetone solvent, the magnet is picked up and hardened by heating.
