摘要 PURPOSE: To increase throughput and improve efficiency in incineration followed by oxygen-rich air, by separately supplying and mixing combustible vapor and oxidant having predetermined oxygen concentration and a cooling spray solution to a combustion area and then combusting them. CONSTITUTION: Natural gas and liquid wastes 3 are supplied from a burner 4 and a lance 5 to a combustion region 2, and wastes based on the resource protection recover law are supplied to the same from a ram feeder 6 to form combustible vapor 8. Oxidant 9 having oxygen concentration of 25% or more is supplied to the combustion region 2 at a high speed such that a recirculation rate in the combustion region forms an enough large flow 10. Further, liquid such as water which becomes a cooling material is supplied to the combustion region 2 as a spray fluid 11, such that collision to a refractory material wall is avoided and a large state of the recirculation rate is maintained. These are mixed for combustion. With the construction throughput is increased and efficiency is improved.
