1,056,463. Hot water boilers. GUSTAVSBERGS FABRIKER A.B. March 8, 1965 [March 9, 1964; March 19, 1964], No. 9695/65. Heading F4A. Boilers for district heating have the circulation induced by steam bubbles passing up a pipe 2 to a steam dome 10 and partly condensed by a heat exchanger 7, a heat exchanger 17 being provided in a pipe 16 descending from the dome 10 to the boiler to cool the returning water and thus control the steam generation in the boiler. District heating water is heated in a heat exchanger 13 in the boiler flue in the condenser 7. In a modification the condenser 7 may be arranged outside the dome 6. The steam not condensed passes out at 18 and may be superheated in a coil 19. The convection part 4 of the boiler may comprise sinuous tubes.
