PURPOSE:To provide the composition high in permittivity and low in dielectric loss by adding the oxide of a rare-earth element and a specified vitreous component to the main component consisting of SrTiO3, PbTiO3, CaTiO3, Bi2O3, TiO2 and SnO2. CONSTITUTION:Prom 0.1 to 5 pts.wt. of (B) the oxides of the rare-earth elements expressed in terms of Re2O3 (Re is Nd, La, Ce, Pr and Sm) and 0.2-15wt.% of (C) the vitreous component are added to 100 pts.wt. of (A) the main component contg., by weight, 20-50% SrTiO3, 8-37.6% PbTiO3, 3.2-33.9% CaTiO3, 4.4-35.2% Bi2O3, 2.5-13.6% TiO2 and 0.2-12% SnO2 to produce a dielectric porcelain composition. The C component contains, by mols, 10-45% Li2O, 5-40% BaO, MgO, CaO or SrO, 0.2-10% Al2O3, 30-70% of the total of at least 2 kinds among SiO2, MnO2 and TiO2 (where >=15% SiO2 contained) and 1-35% CuO. |
