<p>PURPOSE:To firmly connect panels into a frame by forming protruding pieces in a vertical direction at the edge of a panel to provide claws for engagement on the tips of the pieces and also provide holes for engagement which receiver and hold the claws introduced through the holes against the protruding pieces of each panel by elastic restoration of the claws. CONSTITUTION:Protruding pieces 12 are formed in a vertical direction on the longitudinal edges of a panel 11, and the tips of elastic protruding pieces 12 are bent inward at an acute angle theta to form claws for engagement 12. A pin part is provided on an arm part placed across a frame 13 laterally, and is allowed to run through a circuit substrate. The tip of the pin part is crimped to form a crimped part 13b and thus the circuit substrate 1 is fixed. Holes for engagement 14 corresponding to protruding pieces 12 which are introduced from a top and a bottom on the panel 11 are formed. If the panel 11 is insetted to the frame 13 from above, each protruding piece 12 is introduced into its corresponding hole for engagement 14 and the claws for engagement 12a become elastically deformed at an inlet and are allowed to slip in as a result of the contraction of extruded parts of the claws. Then the claws reaches the innermost part and again becomes elastically restored to its original shape. After this, the claws become engaged with an inclined surface 14a at the tip and the panel 11 is connected to surface of the frame 13 through an adhesive material 6.</p> |
