PURPOSE:To reduce energy consumption and cost by reducing reactive power by distributing the ignition timing of each thyristor power source uniformly, and preventing many thyristor power sources from turning on each turn-on thyristor simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:The zero point of the voltage of an AC power source 1 is detected by a zero-cross point detecting circuit 2, whose signal is inputted to a turn-on cycle distributing circuit 3; and the circuit 3 outputs trigger voltage to the gate parts of thyristor power sources 41, 42-4n at prescribed turn-on intervals, and then those thyristor power sources 41, 42-4n turn on to apply the voltage of the power source 1 to loads 51, 52-5n successively. When the number of the thyristor power sources is large and their prescribed voltage are various, their composite current value is complicated and the setting of the turn-on timing is also complicated; and the distributing circuit 3 determines its distribution system previously according to the set voltage of each thyristor power source, and a computer performs control. |
