PURPOSE:To obtain a fats- and oils-containing powdery composition, containing a small amount of a higher saturated fatty acid and excellent in solubility in water and emulsion stability of an aqueous liquid thereof with hardly any foaming in preparing the aqueous liquid. CONSTITUTION:A fats- and oils-containing powdery composition containing 0.03-0.5wt.% 14-18C saturated fatty acid (e.g. myristic, pentadecylenic, palmitic or stearic acid). |
