Process for the preparation of crosslinked poly- beta -alanine in the form of microspheres with a narrow size distribution. <??>This process, which is carried out in a single stage, consists in polymerising acrylamide with a polyfunctional compound capable of being copolymerised with acrylamide, as a crosslinking agent, in an organic solvent or a mixture of such salts in the presence of an anionic polymerisation initiator and of a suspending agent. <??>Use of the microspheres obtained for impregnating a pharmaceutical or cosmetic active substance. |
