The vehicle for handling large silage bales etc. comprises a tractor with a three-point hydraulic steering system and a single-axle rear section, on which is mounted a loading crane and gripper. The rear section (1) has a coupling (19) for a trailer (12) which has a loading platform within the reach of the crane (7). The trailer coupling is pref. mounted above the axle (3) of the rear section. ADVANTAGE - Easy bale handling, and single tractor only.
