PURPOSE:To readily remove a dispersion medium of molded article without causing crack, etc., by preheating a molded article of metal or ceramics containing a dispersion medium in a solvent condensing zone, putting the molded article in a boiling solvent, extracting the dispersion medium in the molded article and removing. CONSTITUTION:A tank 1 for removing a dispersion medium, consisting a solvent condensing zone 7 at the upper part and a solvent boiling zone 4 at the lower part, is made. Then a given amount of a solvent is fed to the solvent boiling zone 4, heated by a heater 31 and boiled. Then a molded article 29 of metal or ceramics formed by plastic molding is introduced to the solvent condensing zone 7, preheated, immersed in the solvent boiling zone 4 and a dispersion medium contained in the molded article 29 is extracted with the boiling solvent. The solvent containing the dispersion medium is sent through a transportation pipe 25 to a separating tank 18, heated to vaporize and separate only the solvent, which is recycled through a vaporized solvent transporting pipe 27 to the solvent boiling zone 4 and reused. |
