Sheath for writing implement - has insertion opening with outer casing and clamping rim

The sheath for a writing-implement, especially a marker pen, has an insertion-opening surrounded by an outer casing (2), and an end opposite the opening. The outer casing (2) is the same length and shape as the writing implement. The clamping part of the inside of the casing (2) runs conically to the sheath's lengthwise axis (M). Two opposite-facing inner (8, 9) and outer (4, 5) surfaces of the casing's (2) wide sides widen out in a wedge shape towards the opening. The narrow sides of the casing run symmetrically towards each other. USE/ADVANTAGE - The sheath for the writing implement need not be removed for use.
