PURPOSE:To reduce the idle vibration, the stuffy noise in a car room and the engine transmission noise by outputting the command signal for prolonging the length of an orifice at the time of travelling under the roof open condition and for shortening the length of the orifice at the time of standing under the roof open condition. CONSTITUTION:An electronic control device 50 for outputting the command signal for prolonging the length of an orifice 28 at the time of travelling under the roof open condition and for shortening the length of the orifice 28 at the time of standing under the roof open condition is provided, and a switching valve 38 is driven by an actuator 70 on the basis of the output signal of this electronic control device 50. Namely, when the roof is closed, an orifice length control device 50 controls an drives the switching valve 38 so that a communicating passage is opened, and the length of the orifice 28 is shortened and an engine mount 10 becomes soft. The vibration of a low frequency area is thereby cut by the engine mount 10 at the idle time to reduce the stuffy noise in a car room and the engine transmission noise.
