PURPOSE:To form a high resistant element on an insulation substrate in the same way as for a recording electrode and to manufacture a switching integrated circuit driving element separated from this resistant element to be later in a unitarily mounted on the insulation substrate by a method wherein hybrid integrated circuit technique, and especially manufacturing technique of a thermal printing head are used. CONSTITUTION:In order to control voltage to be impressed to a recording electrode 5 with image information (d), a common recording power source line 3 is connected to a switching element 83 for the recording element 5 and a driving integrated circuit element 8 through a resistor a resistor 2. For the switching element 83, a shift resistor 82 is preliminarily connected to a base electrode of each switching element, and an emitter electrode is prepared as the ground earthing integral circuit element. Besides, the recording electrode 5, the recording power source line 3, the resistor 2, a wiring layer pattern group 21, etc., are preliminarily formed on the insulation substrate by a film forming process. By mounting abovementioned integral circuit 8 to this insulation substrate 1 to be united into one block by assembly, a low cost recording electrode head can be realized. |
