PURPOSE:To adhere primer and a metal layer firmly and then cure them into a three dimensional mesh structure and thus improve heat resistance and water resistance thereof by the use of an epoxy resin oligomer and elastomer having a functional group which reacts with the oligomer and double bond, and being liquid in an ordinary temperature. CONSTITUTION:A laminate is of a type that it comprises a three layered structure of a vinyl chloride resin layer, primer layer, and metal layer. Herein, the main composition of the primer consists of epoxy resin oligomer and elastomer having a functional group which reacts with the epoxy resin oligomer and double bond, and being liquid in an ordinary temperature. And, at least in either one of the vinyl chloride resin layer or primer layer, a thiol compound is contained which reacts with both of the vinyl chloride resin and elastomer in the primer and forms a chemical bond. And, it has a constitution wherein the thin layer of the thiol compound is provided between the vinyl chloride resin layer and primer layer, and both layers are adhered to each other.
