A method for producing a coated organic agent is provided. The method comprises contacting a coating agent with core powders of an organic substance so that the coating agent collides against the core powders, and attaching the coating agent onto the overall surface of each of the core powders, whereby the core powders are coated by the coating agent. The coating agent contains at least lipid powders having a melting point not lower than 40 DEG C.
