PURPOSE:To execute marking to the work in the punch press by slightly compressing the hard spring provided between the ram and the selected marking tool with the stroke motion of the ram and bringing the marking tool in contact with work surface. CONSTITUTION:When the ram 14 executes a stroke motion, the bumper 90 is moved to the down side until brought into contact with the surface of the work W. The ram 14 moves more to the down side and compresses the spring 120. And the ram 14 comes into contact with the plunger 124, drives the upper striker 126 to the down side, descends the lower striker 134 through the hard spring 138, moves the marking tool 46 to the inside of striker 70 and brings it in contact with the work W. |
